List Audit Events

GET

/audit-events/

List audit events, most-recent first. All filters AND-compose:

• username — exact actor match.
• action — exact catalogued action (e.g.
  anchoring.fix_duplicate_measurements).
• category — action group (e.g. users).
• outcome — success or failed.
• anchor_id — events whose attached issue is for that anchor.
• since / until — unix-second bounds on the event time.

limit is clamped server-side (see AuditLog.MAX_PAGE_SIZE).
